Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

If your product is unused and in the original packaging, you are still within the 30 day purchase period and the product meets the conditions below, we will be happy to offer you a refund! Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

Refunds
We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, unsealed. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for full returns
Free/promotional items are not eligible for a cash refund . If the above return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a credit note.
